Musser was on the Phillies broadcast team from 1976-2001. He also did the broadcasts for Super Bowl VI (1972) and VII (1974), The NBA All-Star Game in 1966 and 1970, the Masters in 1972-1973, and the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship in 1975.
Musser is survived by his wife, son, daughter, and four grandchildren.
Todd Zolecki reported that a memorial service will be held on January 31.
