It looks like the Phillies are interested in adding another left-hander to their bullpen to go with Antonio Bastardo.
Phillies beat writer Tood Zolecki reports that the organization is interested in free agent reliever George Sherrill.
The Phillies did pursue Sherrill last year in free agency, but he opted to sign with Atlanta.
GM Ruben Amaro Jr. told Zolecki that acquiring Sherrill is, "Possible. Not probable, but possible. A lot of the things are contingent on what happens with Jimmy [Rollins]."
And of course it all leads back to J-Roll.
