Here is the full article,

"The Phillies have named Joe Jordan as their new director of player development. Jordan, 49, comes to the Phils after seven seasons as amateur scouting director for the Baltimore Orioles.

Jordan replaces Chuck LaMar in overseeing the Phillies’ minor-league system. LaMar resigned in September.

Jordan will report to Benny Looper, the Phillies’ assistant general manager for player personnel.

Jordan’s first order of business may be to replace Mark Parent as Double A manager. Parent is joining the Chicago White Sox’ major-league coaching staff."
