Last Game

In the series finale, Joe Blanton made his first start in 11 months. He allowed only one run in seven innings. Shane Victorino and Ty Wigginton homered, then Jonathan Papelbon got the save in the ninth to give the Phils the 3-1 win.

The Mets lost their second straight in a 4-0 shutout by the Washington Nationals.

Watch Out For

- Jim Thome will be getting the start at first. Despite his age, he still showed that he could field a few times during spring training.

- R.A. Dickey is a knuckleball pitcher who has given the Phillies some struggles in the past, the Phillies have to be patient with the knuckleball.

- Hunter Pence just keeps getting hit after hit. He is hitting .391 so far.
