The Phillies made a late push to try and win last night against St. Louis. However, the Cardinals were able to hold off the Phils to escape with the 4-3 win, while keeping their playoff hopes alive.
The Brewers lost to the Chicago Cubs 5-2 yesterday, so even though the Phils lost, they did clinch home field advantage in the playoffs.
