According to Larry Stone of the Seattle Times, Jim Thome could be back in a Phillies uniform by the end of August.The Phils have until August 31st to make a waiver-wire deal that could put the most recent member of the 600 Home-Run Club back in red pinstripes and eligible for the playoff roster.
